THE FAULTLINE ADVENTURE

Journey through a natural palm oasis, spectacular box and slot canyons, and an ancient fossil bed as your jeep winds its way through the incredible maze created by the San Andreas Fault.  On your journey you will learn about the plants and animals that have uniquely adapted to survive in the desert.  Your expert guide will also explain how earthquakes and tectonic forces created the slanted, vertical and wave-like structures that have been described as the most tortured landscape on earth.  Tour includes interpretive displays and interactive demonstrations.
